On Thursday, November 7th, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of students from Ferrari Fashion School at our
showroom in Milan. The students were divided into two distinct groups according to their respective fields of study:
the first group, composed of students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, and the second group, students
enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Business and Digital Marketing. The purpose of the visit was to understand
how a children's fashion brand showroom operates and to explore the process of creating a collection, delving into
all the aspects involved in its progress. The students had the opportunity to examine in detail the stages of
collection development, focusing on garment construction, material usage, and the distinctive techniques that
define each piece. Special attention was given to the craftsmanship and all the elements that contribute
to the brand’s unique and iconic savoir-faire.

Ferrari Fashion School: Excellence in Fashion, Luxury, and Design Education
Founded in 2000 in Milan, Ferrari Fashion School is a leading institution specializing in fashion, luxury, and design. From its inception, the school has combined Italian craftsmanship and tradition with a strong international outlook, becoming one of Europe’s most important fashion academies. Its primary goal is to promote and enhance Made in Italy, both in Italy and globally. Ferrari Fashion School offers innovative study programs designed to train well-rounded professionals, capable of developing a strong artistic and professional identity, essential for navigating the challenges of the ever-evolving fashion industry. The school’s teaching approach stands out for its dynamic integration of theory, practice, and hands-on experience. Among the activities offered are educational trips and special projects, which allow students to immerse themselves in cultural and artistic experiences, expanding their training with practical activities that go beyond the classroom. These experiences provide students with a global perspective of the industry, while the special projects—designed to simulate real-world professional situations—enable students to develop practical skills and work collaboratively in teams. These projects offer a valuable opportunity to confront industry challenges directly and concretely, under the guidance of industry experts.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to interact directly with our team and immerse themselves in the creative process that defines our company.
The meeting allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the fashion industry and explore the behind-the-scenes of our collection creation.
The sessions were designed to stimulate a fruitful exchange and foster direct interaction with our teams, allowing students to explore the various
stages involved in bringing a collection to life, from the initial concept to its market launch. The final project of the classes focuses
on the development and launch of a children's collection: thanks to the skills acquired, students will be ready to tackle the creative
and technical challenges of an ever-evolving industry and to actively work on the creation of their own collection.
Each group was able to discover and delve into the technical and theoretical aspects of their field of study: fashion design
and business management within the sector, thus combining theory and practice in a truly unique experience.

During these moments of exchange, we had the opportunity to closely observe the innovative ideas of future designers and industry
professionals, which inspired us to continue sharing our expertise and know-how with the next generation of creatives and managers.
For us, the opportunity to connect with students and offer them a more concrete vision of how the fashion world operates was a great
opportunity for mutual growth. This visit represents an important training moment, one we hope will significantly contribute to
the personal and professional growth of the students, preparing young talents to tackle the challenges of the increasingly global
and dynamic fashion world. Il Gufo is proud to be involved in projects like this, as it firmly believes in passing on its know-how and
in valuing the artisanal tradition that has always characterized our brand. We believe that dialogue with young talent is essential for
a continuous exchange of ideas that enriches and stimulates our creativity. Sharing our experience with new generations not only helps
preserve the culture of fashion but also allows us to look to the future with fresh eyes, full of enthusiasm and innovation.
