Brillo Magazine N.18

News
Il Gufo

On Thursday, September 19, we had the pleasure of hosting a special event at our Boutique
in Milan for the presentation of the new issue 18 of Brillo Magazine.
This occasion represented a unique opportunity to celebrate not only the world of illustration
but also how creativity can express the heterogeneous set of values that deeply characterize our corporate philosophy.
Brillo Magazine, an independent print publication, stands out in the editorial landscape for its exclusive focus on the world of illustration.
With dedication and a keen eye, the magazine selects and highlights emerging talents, both Italian and international.
Through its pages, Brillo not only offers visibility to new voices in the artistic field but also promotes the most significant
and representative works of each artist, enhancing their value and creative potential, while constantly forging new codes
and discovering new dimensions of expression. Each issue of Brillo is a journey into the soul of illustration,
an art that blends technique and inspiration into a universal language.

Many friends of the brand and talented illustrators engaged in an intense conversation centered around emotions and feelings,
creating a stimulating and engaging exchange of perspectives and reflections. It was a moment of great inspiration,
where the art of illustration emerged not only as a form of expression but also as a powerful tool for connection between people.
Illustration proved to be the ideal vehicle for giving voice to each person's inner dimension, allowing artists and the public
to explore and share thoughts and experiences, demonstrating how art can act as a bridge between the personal and the collective.
As highlighted in the opening pages of this new issue, Brillo Magazine offers a profound vision of illustration, describing it as
"the key to exploring the link between art and introspection." Art thus becomes a tool to discuss emotional art therapy,
a discipline that uses the creative process as a means to explore and manage emotions. Furthermore, illustration becomes
a mirror to reflect on the psychology of colors and the fundamental role that emotion plays within an artist's creative process.
Each work, in fact, encapsulates an inner world, composed of experiences, thoughts, and feelings that translate into evocative and powerful images.

Within the new issue of Brillo, one can find, among many interviews, the one with Alessandra Chiavelli, CEO of Il Gufo.
In this dialogue, Chiavelli explores the core values of the brand, such as tradition, passion, and dedication, as well as
the strong creative imprint that characterizes it. Illustration represents an authentic means for the brand to express its artistic vision.
The creative process of Il Gufo is based on a continuous aesthetic and content-driven search, inspired by elements such as the World,
Nature, and History, which are reinterpreted to create collections where aesthetics and functionality blend harmoniously.
Fundamental is the openness to collaborations with illustrators and creatives, who bring new perspectives and enrich the stylistic process.
The brand values the authenticity and spontaneity of the artists involved, thus constantly exploring new forms of expression
and creating innovative and engaging visual narratives. Through her words, Alessandra offers a fascinating insight into how art
and creativity can help shape a brand's identity, bringing forth its complexity and rich heritage of values.
The event was, therefore, a magnificent opportunity to reflect not only on the importance of illustration in the contemporary artistic
landscape but also on its role as a universal language capable of communicating deep emotions and connecting cultures and generations.
