The durability of garments has always been intrinsic to our product, which is designed, developed and manufactured to last through the years and pass from generation to generation. The attention to the garment care and maintenance is part of the focus on their use and life.
MATERIALS: THE ORGANIC COTTON
A percentage of the cotton used in the collection is certified organic cotton fibre. The garments made by organic cotton are marked with the appropriate label, which is a guarantee of the organic origin of the cotton, as well as the production process of the raw material. The certification covers the entire supply chain, starting with the supplier's compliance with high standards related to the quality of work and the use and reuse of resources.
MATERIALS: THE DOWN FILL
The down garments are made with duck feathers from certified farms, in compliance with the international RDS (Responsible Down Standard): an independent certification audited by animal rights associations. MATERIALS: THE ECO PADDINGS
Over the years we have selected numerous environmentally friendly filling alternatives, among them Ecodown by Comfortemp®, Valtherm® and Sorona® by Dupont®. Ecodown and Valtherm® are polyester fillings with a high percentage of recycled material: softness and fill power are fully comparable to down. Sorona®, on the other hand, is a polyester filling made from 37% plant-based materials.
MATERIALS: SENSITIVE FABRICS
The most impactful form of sustainability involves the production processes: SENSITIVE® FABRIC is born from this principle, combining high performance. Compared to COTTON, the production of SENSITIVE® FABRIC involves: - 55% water use, -76% energy to obtain a product: no ironing, - 55% drying time, x3 durable
